Kevin Crow - President and CEO

Previously Mr. Crow was a Managing Director at Duncan Capital Partners, responsible for new investment opportunities, including internet related businesses. He was also the Chief Operating Officer of the Women's United Soccer Association where he served a dual role in managing the daily business affairs of the league office, including an annual budget of $34 million and an in-house staff of 17, and directed responsibilities of eight team operations and over 300 employees. Prior to United Soccer, Mr. Crow was President of ZipDirect - LLC in San Diego, California where he oversaw and managed all business operations during an expansive acquisition growth period. At the time, ZipDirect had revenues of $18 million and 350 employees. Mr. Crow was also a professional soccer player, playing on the U.S. National Team, and was a two-time Olympic Athlete between 1983 and 1992. Mr. Crow has a BS in Finance from San Diego State University.

Larry Fiore - Chief Financial Officer

A seasoned finance professional with public-company experience as Vice President & CFO. Mr. Fiore has extensive experience in both public and private companies, early-stage and mature companies and both large and small organizations. He has a proven ability to manage complex issues in routine and urgent situations. Mr. Fiore developed and implemented strategic plans which achieved company turnaround utilizing skills and experience in finance/treasury, investor relations, mergers & acquisitions, accounting, planning & analysis, systems implementation, contracts, secretariat, legal/litigation, human resources and facilities. Mr. Fiore began his career in a "Big 4" public accounting firm with progressively diverse experience throughout twenty-plus years.

As the bull market in silver and gold from 1976 though 1980 gained momentum, James was able to generate over a million dollars in profits from less than $25,000 he obtained from his childhood collection. Graduating from the University of Western Connecticut in 1980, completing a BA in Economics in just 2 ½ years, he went to work over the following 10 years for some of the most prestigious rare coin and precious metals dealers in the world.

From 1980 to 1991 James had bought and sold well over a hundred million dollars in rare coins, and traded much more in precious metals.

James was instrumental in building a rare coin firm into a hundred million dollar yearly business. In 1992 he was approached by Weiss Research, Inc. to become the editor of the Silver & Gold Report, which at that time, was the single most prominent 100% unbiased and independent precious metals newsletter in the world.
