Your Subscription
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your subscription account or password. RightSide Advisors, Inc. reserves the right to refuse service, terminate subscriptions, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.

Subscription Term and Payment
Payment for your subscription(s) will be made on the date you place your order for the Service. The subscription term(s) will commence on the date you register for the Service and continue until terminated as provided below. Current subscription rates are available on the description of services page.

Subscription Termination
New subscriptions in the service offer a free trial period during which you may cancel that subscription anytime and not be charged once the free trial has expired. Check the length of the guarantee period for each particular subscription by clicking on the subscription name in the Directory. The free trial is available only once per individual per subscription. To cancel your subscription during the free trial period, you must call RightSide Advisors at (800) 243-5859. Cancellation requests via email will not be accepted.

Subsequent to the free trial period of your subscription, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, there are no refunds or credits issued after the free trial period nor if you have received a refund previously. To cancel your subscription to the Service after the free trial period, you must call RightSide Advisors at (800) 243-5859. Cancellation requests via email will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to terminate your subscription and use of the Service at any time for any reason, including without limitation any breach by you of this Agreement of these Terms of Service.

Automatic Subscription Renewal
Your subscription(s) will renew automatically according to the payment plan you selected and authorized at the time of purchase; unless you notify us 4 days prior to such renewal of your decision not to renew your subscription by contacting RightSide Advisors at (800) 243-5859. Cancellations and renewal requests made via email will not be accepted. If you do not notify us, the then-applicable subscription fee(s) will be billed automatically to the credit card then designated on our records.

Third Party Web Sites and Information
The Service may provide hyperlinks to third party websites or access to third party content. RightSide Advisors, Inc. does not control, endorse, or guarantee content found in such sites. All information on such third party websites is believed to be reliable and written in good faith, but no representation or warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, is made, including but not limited to any representation or warranty concerning accuracy, completeness, correctness, timeliness or appropriateness. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree that RightSide Advisors, Inc. is not responsible for any content, associated links, resources, or services associated with a third party site and that RightSide Advisors, Inc. shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any sort associated with your use of third party content. Without limiting the foregoing disclaimer, neither RightSide Advisors, Inc.nor its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, suppliers, advertisers, and agents makes any warranty that (i) the Service will meet your requirements; (ii) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate, reliable or timely; (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, newsletters or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations; and (v) any errors in the web site or the software will be corrected.

3. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Service is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material. Indemnity

Applicable Laws

Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to or use of the Service must be instituted in a state or federal court in the state of California, county of Los Angeles and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of these California courts.

If there is a determination that any provision of these Terms of Service is invalid or unenforceable, that determination will not affect the rest of the Terms of Service and the Terms of Service shall be deemed amended to the minimum extent necessary to make them valid and enforceable.
